Hi Shirley, this is Shea. I got Sebastian ( Munchkin ) from you. I just would like to say that he is awesome. Sebastian is the best little dog ever. He is still very very attached to my 3 yr. old daughter. He will just lay on his back in every ones arms. He is so calm and laied back. He loves to go on car rides, and to the pet store. He has had his first litter of puppies, with my shih tzu. They are small and cute. Sebastian is the best daddy ever. He loves the babies. He is always laying by them, and giving them kisses. They had 5 puppies 2 females and 3 males. One of the male is just like Sebastian, he is so cute, and very dark, just like I like them. The puppy is very small, he is 2 1/2 weeks old and is 4oz. Will I just wanted to keep posted on Sebastian. Here are some pics. Thanks, Shea

I want to let you know Lola is the most wonderful, sweet dog ever! We are all SO in love with her, and she is coming out of her shell so well now, wagging her tail, giving kisses and getting along great with her cousins (my dogs)! She is sleeping in Mom's bed on her own pillow and follows us all around everywhere. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body, and we are SO grateful that you let her come to us!!! She has been a resounding success! That said, I wanted to also remind you that we do want you to call or email when your other Papillon is ready to go, and the two poms as well, as I have alrady go great homes lined up for them! The lady who was with me when I picked up Lola would love to take one of the Poms, and her daughter who lives in California wants the other. Her mother, who is friends with my mom, wouldlove to have the other Papillon, so they could have cute little old ladies together. Lola is scheduled to have her teeth cleaned and spay, and then she'll be ready to face her bright new future. We tell her every day she is a princess and that we expect her to act like one. :-) We are so grateful that you gifted us with this little individual, she is precious!

Great puppy buying expirence. I am very happy with the puppy I purchased from Mrs Moore. She is healthy, happy, easy to train, loves traveling with me & is the complete joy I was looking for. She answered all questions I had & provided upto date photos of the puppies I was interested in. I was very surprised when we arrived & the breeding dogs were in great health, outside & interacting with each other. The facility was clean, the puppies all healthy & very playful. I would recommend anyone looking for a puppy to contact her. Robin
A beautiful baby for me and one for my sister. I got a perfect little Yorkie and he is the apple of my eye. My sister loved him so much she went to Mrs. Moore and got her own Yorkie. I recommend her to everyone when they are looking for a dog. Thank you very much. Victoria
VERY EXCELLENT BREEDER !!!!!!!! I got two Cairn Terriers from Shirley and have been very pleased with them. They were grown when I got them and I was a bit reluctant to get grown dogs as I like to start off with a young pup, but these two have been so sweet and loving, and are a very good example of the breed. Shirley obviously gave them love and attention, as they are very loving and sweet dogs. I would not hesitate to do business with Shirley again, she is a very good breeder! Thanks......Carol in Starke, Florida
Wonderful Dog . Shirley sold me a awesome 6 lb toy rat terrier female a few months back. She is just as described and we love her alot. Thanks for such a wonderful dog! Candace
Our new rat terrier pup. Our pup was healthly and happy when we received her. Thank you so much for the great new addition to our family. This is a breeder you can trust for healthly happy puppies. Janet
Prompt service. When updated pictures were requested by me, Shirley provided new photos immediately for both of her pups. Some other breeders did not provide me with additional pictures of their puppies even when requested. Elaine
Wonderful . I bought a puppy from Shirley and had him shipped across the country. She was very professional and very helpful with all questions I had. I was so nervous about the shipping and she was such a help! I would definitely recommend purchasing a puppy from her, they are adorable and you can tell very well cared for and spoiled! Any qustions just e-mail me! Kate
Excellent Lady and puppies . Shirley is a jewel among breeders. I went for one pup and purchased two! Her pups are very social and healthy. It is a pleasure dealing with her. Donna Troy and Haley

Margie

She actually got in early and was there when we arrived, so cute, so tiny...hidden under her blanket and all that shredded paper. We are beyond happy... cant thank you enough. Came right home, my husband held her wrapped in a towel, as her blanket got damp when the guy put it in my car. She fell asleep in his arm, 15min ride home. Then she went out to potty, but didnt need to go. Came in and introduced her to Gizzie...who was not so excited as we were....she had a snack...and now the two are getting use to eachother in Gizzie's cage where they will sleep. She had a good time exploring the house, smelling everything...such a little doll!! Cant climb up on couch yet, or just hasnt opened up yet. So alert and curious, not scared at all!! I will send some pics later. She is so much cuter then even her pictures!! We cant thank you enough...When..not if...we are ready for another, we will be calling you. I will tell everyone where she came from...as we are such proud parents...she is the first baby for me and my husband Al together, Gizzie I had before we met. We have been together 6yrs. Boo is perfect!! Call her little Boo, or Boo Boo. Everything was and is perfect. When should we take her to the vet? Didnt want to stop today, not with the flight, want her to get settled first. Oh...now she is wimpering cuz Gizzie is ignoring her...how cute. I thought she would do better in with her so she isnt alone. Better go now..maybe she is ready to potty...here we go with potty training 101...haha! Thanks, Patty and Al

I'm sorry, I didnt read the rest of the e-mail. You bet I'll let you know as soon as we pick her up. I have been so excited! Cant wait to get her. I keep telling Gizzie, you have a sister comming! I know about getting attached! Gizzie has had pups in the past and it was so hard! Especially when you have them longer. They are part of the family, kinda like when your kids get grown and leave home. We never stop worring and thinking of them. I will update you with pictures also after she gets home to us. Thank you so much!! Its nice to see there are still caring breaders out there. People who do it for the love of the animals, not the money. I know you dont make much off the pups for what you charge. So it has to be for the love...and you are a wonderful caring Mom! Thanks again, and I will let you know when we pick her up. Patty

Hi Shirley, "Banner" has taken to his new home and his new name: Spenser. He's met friends and neighbors who came by yesterday when word spread we had a new puppy. He slept all night long in his new crate and woke us with a "yowl" about 7:30 a.m. He's discovered his food and water bowls. He even used the "pee pad" twice today. What a smart little dog! He's snuggled in my lap as I write to you and says to tell you hello. Thank your for such an adorable dog. I'll keep you posted and send a picture soon. Happy Sunday! Lynne

Hi Shirley,    I just wanted to let you know that Gizmo (Argus) is doing very well in his new home; he is a wonderful edition to our family! He learned his name very fast and is going outside to the bathroom! Jose and I took him to the vet. last Friday and they said he looks very healthy. He is a whole 3 pounds. We will send youmore pics as he gets older. THANKS AGAIN!!~Crystal & Jose

Hi Shirley,We took Ivey to the Oregon coast last weekend and thought we'd send you some pictures of her adventure.  She had such a great time! She is doing very well, though we're considering getting another dog because she just loves other dogs and wants to befriend every one she sees.  There's a show on right now about wolves, and she's absolutely fixated on the tv - whining and wagging her tail.  We think she misses all her buddies at your place and may need a companion! ..Happy Holidays to you and yours.--Ann

Dear Shirley Mom ~ I just wanted to let you know that I made it safe and sound to Natalia with my new mom and dad. Boy, was that a long ride but I did ok! At first my new mom held me so I wasn't so scared in the fast car. After a while I got to ride in my new crate! I protested pretty loud but each time both of my new parents talked to me and told me it was ok so I settled down. Finally I just went to sleep. We stopped twice! The first time I got to wear my beautiful red collar and my new dad got me some water and then took me to pee in the grass. I was prancing and playing and loved it! The second time my mom took me to pee in some clover! A lady stopped to look at me and said I was cute! (I knew that anyway!) Finally we made it to Natalia. My new parents let me walk around by myself and I met King their big black Lab. Boy, is he BIG! He smelled my fur and wagged his tail, then went to eat his kibble. He looks at me now and then in the house but mostly just sleeps. While I was in the yard my new mom got far away from my new dad...then she called me and I ran as fast as I could to her! Then, my new dad called me and I ran as fast as I could to him! They did it over and over telling me I was such a good boy for coming to them! I thought it was a fun game! The kitties on the other hand were quite curious! My new parents said they were still just babies themselves but they were bigger than me. They smelled me and snuck up around me. One even tried to bat my head but my new dad came to the rescue and told that cat to scat! He did! I thought it was funny! My new mom and dad have taken me out to pee twice since I got to Natalia and I got to play in their leaves. My dad took pictures and will send them soon. Right now, I am pooped and think I will just take a nap...... I promise to write you again soon and send pictures!Love,Chuckie
Shirley ~ I know that Chuckie was a hard one to let go.... I don't blame you! He really is a precious boy and we are blessed to have him. Will keep in touch... Jan
Dear Shirley~ Just wanted to give you an update on Dillon. He is now up to 2 1/2 lbs, getting very smart and has the utmost energy! He got his first haircut the other day and was so obedient, they just loved him! He goes on Wednesdays and Thursdays to play golf with my boyfriend and enjoys it very much, he gets alot of attention out there! Thank you so much for allowing him to come into our world, he has been such a joy to have and continues to make our lives happy! It's just like having a little baby around the house and I love it! Thanks Again! Mary and Patrick (Proud parents of Dillon!)

Hey Shirley,

We got Binky with no problems!  She was not shy or timid at all.  As soon as we went up to the crate she was wagging her tail and giving us kisses!  She seemed a little shaky and threw up a little on the way home but that is to be expected!  She is running around and playing like crazy.  She is absolutely precious and already I can tell she has a great disposition!  My daughter smiled all the way home and she is now holed up in her room with Binky, dog toys, food, water and puppy pads :)  I will send an update in a few days. Thanks!

Teresa

P.S. I can definitely tell you have already spoiled her

Hi Shirley! Just thought I’d send a quick note.  I called the puppy “Annie” like I mentioned.  She’s doing great!  We had an easy ride back to Houston; she snoozed on my lap most of the way but kept trying to stay awake to see what was going on.  She was ready for food and water when we got home and has been doing really well with that ever since.  She even did well that night, whimpered a few times but wasn’t really a big deal.  She’s also doing so well with her “business” training.  I’m using a litter box, but also taking her outside, and she’s practically got both down. She’s so smart!   We’ve only had a couple of accidents, and I think they were more my fault than hers.  We went to the vet for her check on Saturday morning.  They all had to “ooh and aww” over her.  She didn’t think getting her temperature taken or having a rabies shot was much fun.  They said she is the first papillon pup to come there, although they see some adult ones.  All the neighbors just go nuts when I take her outside and want to know what kind of dog she is.  She just loves everyone and vice versa!  She has gotten all sorts of gifts from friends, almost like a baby shower!  Even with all the toys, this morning we played “fetch” outside with a leaf.  I couldn’t believe she “got it” so fast. Actually, she initiated the game by bringing me the leaf!   I’ll send you some pictures soon.   Lynn
Shirley, I wanted to let you know that we made it back to Georgia with Toby just fine. He was a real trooper and didnt cry at all once we got in the car to the airport and until we got all the way home. Of course it was an adjustment for him here. He is learning our schedules and how things work. He didn't bark at all for the first few days but by the weekend he had a little bit when playing. We took him to our vet right away. She said he is in great condition. The whole office was so excited to see him. You may have even heard from some of them as they took your info. It seems that there aren't too many papi-poos in this area yet. So everywhere we went Toby has been the center of attention and naturally as cute as he is everyone fell in love with him. He is quite a character. Sincerely, Sharon & Don Baudo ~After getting Toby home, his family loved him so much, they sent for his little brother Tiny.

Hey Shirley.

This is Erin, we bought peppers boy 2. I thought you would like an update. We named him Frankie and he is amazing. Him and my 9 month old son are best friends. He is doing very well with the potty training and we already taught him how to sit and shake. He climbs in my sons toy hamper and lounges and plays with all the toys he is so adorable. thanks

Hey Shirley how are you? We thought you would like some up to date photos of Maverick and Madison. They are getting big!! Well bigger than they were they're still tiny. Madison weighs 2.7 pounds now, she loves to eat:) We love Madison too and she's healthy as a horse, and she thinks she's as big as one too! she got such a wonderful little spirit. You raise beautiful loving puppies. Love, Ashley & Megan
Hi! Jak is a wonderful companion who just LOVES to play! He loves children! Expecially little girls! Sincerely, Amanda

Hello Shirley,

Here are some pictures of prince in his new home. He has adjusted very well and is loved by all. Prince visited our veterinarian Dr. Duesenberry on Dec. 20th and was given a clean bill of health. I have chosen about 16 photos so I know that it will require more than one e-mail as it doesn’t seem to go through if you send more than about 4 at a time. Let me know if you get them and what your thoughts are.

Thanks,Daniel

Hi Shirley!
I thought you might like to see a few recent pics of Annie. Two are new (at a little more than 5 months). The other is from about a month ago, but it's a good one, so I'm sending it. She just completed her puppy class last week. (Check out the diploma! :) ) She really enjoyed it, and we both learned a lot. She still is "Little Miss Popular" wherever we go and, of course, everyone wants to know what kind of dog she is. She loves doing "agility-type" tricks, and I'm thinking of getting her into some classes for that because she is just a natural little athlete and loves doing those kinds of things. We walk to the park every night, and spend time there playing, running, and training. She's a great little pal, and we have a great time together. She's grown quite a bit, mostly stretching up and out. She has lots of ear fringe and the rest of her adult hair is starting to get longer. I haven't had her weighed for quite awhile, I think that she is about double in size from when I got her (but, of course, then she had so much baby fur), so she seems to be better than 3 pounds.
Annie sends you kisses! (She has an endless supply of those!)

Will keep you posted!

Lynn

Shirley, I just wanted to thank you again for the puppy!  She is such a fun little stinker.  Her registered name is PRINCESS SIENNA.   We love her lots! Sonia

Hello Shirley!

She is doing AWESOME and has THE MOST sweet and loving personality we have EVER seen on a dog! She is the QUEEN of kisses, too much is never enough for her! HAHA I noticed you are updating your pictures so I thought I would send you some new ones of Corona all grown up! (3 lbs.by the way) and her boyfriend Paco! They are absolutely adorable together. Well I thank you very much for such a happy and healthy puppy and hope you enjoy the new pictures! Shes a very happy little girl and spoiled to death! :)

Carrie

Hi Shirley!

Just though I’d send you a note and a couple of pics.  I hope you and your “doggies” are keeping warm now that this winter front has blasted in.  Annie will soon be nine months old and is still a cheery little girl.  We take long walks every day and we are back in obedience classes again; not that she is disobedient at all, she just really likes to learn!  She does some of the commands pretty well, and at home, she knows the names of three of her different stuffed toys and also knows “ball”, not to mention other things like “inside” and “treat”.  I want to take her to an agility class after this one, basically because she likes doing those kinds of thingsI think she looks a lot like the pic of her dog daddy.Happy Holidays too!

Lynn

Dear Mrs. Moore:

We have had such a busy day!  The ladies traveled like professionals.  Got to go to Pet Smart for collars and I.D.s, and everyone just loved them.  Of course they already know that.  Little Bali, got stern at a bull terrier when he wanted to greet me.  Then we were just down the road from our daugther, and of course had to go by to see her and her family.  Our 7 and 8 year old grandsons were thrilled to see our new babies and the grandsons, which I call the "wild ones"  didn't even upset them.  Back on the road to home and a quick stop at my Mother-in-laws and they charmed her as well.  They have settled in more like they were just visiting you, but came home with us.  They are already a joy.  I know I am going on a lot, but they are just such sweet girls and I wanted you to know that we are home safe, sound, and very tired. It was nice to meet you and will let you know more later.

Regards,

Mary and Philip

Hi Shirley,

I hope everything is well with you and that you’re able to enjoy some of this nice spring weather. Here are a couple of pictures of Annie that I took last Saturday after her bath.  She hasn’t changed much since I took pictures of her at about 8 ½ months, except that her hair is a lot thicker all over and it has gotten longer in places that papillons do that.  Her one-year birthday will be next week.  I can see that she is growing up some; she responds more quickly to commands and does not get quite so excited about some things.  However, she still gets super excited when she meets or sees another dog or a person that she knows or wants to know.  She has two friends that she always is just happy to see and recognizes them from a long distance: a little 4-year old boy that lives downstairs and a pug that also lives here in my complex.  She also loves to dance on her back feet on the bed when I am getting ready for work in the morning, and the word “cheese” makes her go ballistic.   We took a rode trip for Christmas to visit my family in Kansas.  My sister, who we stayed with, just loves Annie and Annie loves her.  I think they both missed each other after we came back to Houston.  My mom, who is 95, but whose mind is still good, is in a nursing home up there after a stroke a couple of years ago.  Mom is partially paralyzed on one side because of the stroke.  Annie seemed to recognize something was different and stayed much calmer on my mom’s lap than she does around most people.  It was funny too, because the staff knew her when they saw her because Mom has her picture on the wall in her room.  We went there every day I was up there, and it was really special to be able to share Annie with some of the other patients because I could see the pleasure they got from petting her and talking to her.

The other night something funny happened.  I watch a lot of TV in the evenings, but Annie normally doesn’t pay much attention to it (maybe because I’m a big channel-flipper).  Anyway, the other night one of the channels had on the Westminster Dog Show, and I kept flipping back to that channel because I wanted to look at the toy breeds.  Finally, they came on, and Annie was sitting beside me on the couch, not paying attention at all to what was on the TV.  Then the papillion came on, and she immediately started watching with her chin propped on her paw, and she just kept watching the papillion, then the pomeranian, and then the pug.  When the next dog came on after the pug, she was done and had no more interest in the TV, nor has had since.

I often look at your website and enjoy seeing the different puppies.  I think that someday I might want a little male papillon, but Annie is such a good dog and we get along so well that I’m not sure I want to change that combination for awhile.  Do you ever hear from the people who got her brothers?  I hope they are enjoying them as much as I enjoy Annie.

I hope you’re able to open these photos.  On this mail program, they never attach where I think they should attach.

Lynn

Hi Shirley, I just wanted to let you know that Harley's vet visit went fine, no problems and everyone in the office fell in love with him :) Thank you once again for bringing this beautiful little guy into our lives, we love him soooo much!! Sandi
Shirley, Just wanted to give you an update on Charlie. He is a very happy boy with all of his sweet girlfriends. He is such an awesome boy and we love him very much. This will be his final home as we never intend to part with him. Enjoy the pictures. Thank you for allowing Charlie to bless our home. Gertie

Hello Again!

Sorry I haven’t kept in touch well after receiving Prince (now known as Coti), but in honor of his birthday this past week I just wanted to drop by and let you know how well he’s doing! He’s on the large end of Papillons, weighing about 14 pounds. The vet says that he’s not overweight or anything like that, and in good health. He get along great with our other two dogs, and is just the most wonderful little (big) guy. He patrols the backyard with utmost seriousness, keeping the house safe from birds, butterflies, and the occasional lizard. He also likes taking car rides to Petco and Pestsmart and even has his own car seat. All in all he’s doing great and is wonderful. Thank you for such a great dog!  I’m attaching a few pictures for you to see how his coat has come in and etc.

P.S, I might be getting a second one for Christmas!

Thanks Again, Jordan

Hi, Shirley. I wanted to give you an update on Baxter. He is such a joy! He is a smart, sweet, loving boy. He's over four pounds now, and he knows lots of words and tricks. He crate-trained very quickly and and is so proud of himself when he makes his family happy.Baxter is a wonderful friend and companion and such a great mix of Diva and DJ in terms of his looks and his temperament. The people at his vet's office just love him and love the papillon-poodle mix. Seeing him prance around the house makes every day happier, and I'm so grateful to you for breeding such a wonderful puppy. He is very loved in his new home. I would also love to be in contact with the families who adopted Baxter's littermates, if that's possible. I don't know if you would be able to send me their e-mail addresses, but would you mind passing my e-mail address on to them so that maybe we can get in touch and share pictures of the puppies?

Thanks so much and have a wonderful week.

Kristi

I've attached some pictures, I didnt know if you wanted some of Nali, but he is adorable and you might want to put some of these pics up if you ever have another litter of this mix. They will definitly sell!!! He's about 5 pounds now and looks just like when we got him. I dont think he's going to lose that puppy face!

He is the most well behaved, easily trained dog I've seen and has the BEST personality! Not to mention he could melt your heart with one look with that adorable face!

Great dog!

Kate

Shirley-
I came in about two weeks ago and adopted the black and tan 1/2chi 1/2 rat terrier pup.  I just wanted to send some pics and let you know that Rocky loves his new home here in Austin and I am so thankful that I found your site and came out that day.  He is handful and loves to play, but he can be a sweetie and even sit on your lap at times.  I am so thankful for how well you breed your pups and couldn't be happier with Rocky.  If I ever get another pup or know of anyone looking for a puppy I will definitely recommend you.  Thank you so much!
~Angela
