He learned his name very fast and is going outside to the bathroom! Jose and I took him to the vet. last Friday and they said he looks very healthy. He is a whole 3 pounds. We will send youmore pics as he gets older. THANKS AGAIN!!~Crystal & Jose |
Hi Shirley,We took Ivey to the Oregon coast last weekend and thought we'd send you some pictures of her adventure. She had such a great time! She is doing very well, though we're considering getting another dog because she just loves other dogs and wants to befriend every one she sees. There's a show on right now about wolves, and she's absolutely fixated on the tv - whining and wagging her tail. We think she misses all her buddies at your place and may need a companion! ..Happy Holidays to you and yours.--Ann |
Dear Shirley Mom ~ I just wanted to let you know that I made it safe and sound to Natalia with my new mom and dad. Boy, was that a long ride but I did ok! At first my new mom held me so I wasn't so scared in the fast car. After a while I got to ride in my new crate! I protested pretty loud but each time both of my new parents talked to me and told me it was ok so I settled down. Finally I just went to sleep. We stopped twice! The first time I got to wear my beautiful red collar and my new dad got me some water and then took me to pee in the grass. I was prancing and playing and loved it! The second time my mom took me to pee in some clover! A lady stopped to look at me and said I was cute! (I knew that anyway!) Finally we made it to Natalia. My new parents let me walk around by myself and I met King their big black Lab. Boy, is he BIG! He smelled my fur and wagged his tail, then went to eat his kibble. He looks at me now and then in the house but mostly just sleeps. While I was in the yard my new mom got far away from my new dad...then she called me and I ran as fast as I could to her! Then, my new dad called me and I ran as fast as I could to him! They did it over and over telling me I was such a good boy for coming to them! I thought it was a fun game! The kitties on the other hand were quite curious! My new parents said they were still just babies themselves but they were bigger than me. They smelled me and snuck up around me. One even tried to bat my head but my new dad came to the rescue and told that cat to scat! He did! I thought it was funny! My new mom and dad have taken me out to pee twice since I got to Natalia and I got to play in their leaves. My dad took pictures and will send them soon. Right now, I am pooped and think I will just take a nap...... I promise to write you again soon and send pictures!Love,Chuckie Shirley ~ I know that Chuckie was a hard one to let go.... I don't blame you! He really is a precious boy and we are blessed to have him. Will keep in touch... Jan |

Hey Shirley, |
Hi Shirley! |
| Shirley, I wanted to let you know that we made it back to Georgia with Toby just fine. He was a real trooper and didnt cry at all once we got in the car to the airport and until we got all the way home. Of course it was an adjustment for him here. He is learning our schedules and how things work. He didn't bark at all for the first few days but by the weekend he had a little bit when playing. We took him to our vet right away. She said he is in great condition. The whole office was so excited to see him. You may have even heard from some of them as they took your info. It seems that there aren't too many papi-poos in this area yet. So everywhere we went Toby has been the center of attention and naturally as cute as he is everyone fell in love with him. He is quite a character. Sincerely, Sharon & Don Baudo ~After getting Toby home, his family loved him so much, they sent for his little brother Tiny. |

Hi Shirley! I thought you might like to see a few recent pics of Annie. Two are new (at a little more than 5 months). The other is from about a month ago, but it's a good one, so I'm sending it. She just completed her puppy class last week. (Check out the diploma! :) ) She really enjoyed it, and we both learned a lot. She still is "Little Miss Popular" wherever we go and, of course, everyone wants to know what kind of dog she is. She loves doing "agility-type" tricks, and I'm thinking of getting her into some classes for that because she is just a natural little athlete and loves doing those kinds of things. We walk to the park every night, and spend time there playing, running, and training. She's a great little pal, and we have a great time together. She's grown quite a bit, mostly stretching up and out. She has lots of ear fringe and the rest of her adult hair is starting to get longer. I haven't had her weighed for quite awhile, I think that she is about double in size from when I got her (but, of course, then she had so much baby fur), so she seems to be better than 3 pounds. Annie sends you kisses! (She has an endless supply of those!) Will keep you posted! Lynn |
Shirley, I just wanted to thank you again for the puppy! She is such a fun little stinker. Her registered name is PRINCESS SIENNA. We love her lots! Sonia |
Hello Shirley! We purchased a rat terrier chihuahua mix from you guys last year and she justt had her first birthday a few weeks ago! HAHA I noticed you are updating your pictures so I thought I would send you some new ones of Corona all grown up! (3 lbs.by the way) and her boyfriend Paco! They are absolutely adorable together. Well I thank you very much for such a happy and healthy puppy and hope you enjoy the new pictures! Shes a very happy little girl and spoiled to death! :) Carrie |
Hi Shirley! Just though I’d send you a note and a couple of pics. I hope you and your “doggies” are keeping warm now that this winter front has blasted in. |
Dear Mrs. Moore: We have had such a busy day! The ladies traveled like professionals. Got to go to Pet Smart for collars and I.D.s, and everyone just loved them. Of course they already know that. Little Bali, got stern at a bull terrier when he wanted to greet me. Then we were just down the road from our daugther, and of course had to go by to see her and her family. Our 7 and 8 year old grandsons were thrilled to see our new babies and the grandsons, which I call the "wild ones" didn't even upset them. Back on the road to home and a quick stop at my Mother-in-laws and they charmed her as well. They have settled in more like they were just visiting you, but came home with us. They are already a joy. I know I am going on a lot, but they are just such sweet girls and I wanted you to know that we are home safe, sound, and very tired. It was nice to meet you and will let you know more later. Regards, Mary and Philip |
Hi Shirley, I hope everything is well with you and that you’re able to enjoy some of this nice spring weather. Here are a couple of pictures of Annie that I took last Saturday after her bath. She hasn’t changed much since I took pictures of her at about 8 ½ months, except that her hair is a lot thicker all over and it has gotten longer in places that papillons do that. Her one-year birthday will be next week. I can see that she is growing up some; she responds more quickly to commands and does not get quite so excited about some things. However, she still gets super excited when she meets or sees another dog or a person that she knows or wants to know. She has two friends that she always is just happy to see and recognizes them from a long distance: a little 4-year old boy that lives downstairs and a pug that also lives here in my complex. She also loves to dance on her back feet on the bed when I am getting ready for work in the morning, and the word “cheese” makes her go ballistic. The other night something funny happened. I watch a lot of TV in the evenings, but Annie normally doesn’t pay much attention to it (maybe because I’m a big channel-flipper). Anyway, the other night one of the channels had on the Westminster Dog Show, and I kept flipping back to that channel because I wanted to look at the toy breeds. Finally, they came on, and Annie was sitting beside me on the couch, not paying attention at all to what was on the TV. Then the papillion came on, and she immediately started watching with her chin propped on her paw, and she just kept watching the papillion, then the pomeranian, and then the pug. When the next dog came on after the pug, she was done and had no more interest in the TV, nor has had since. I often look at your website and enjoy seeing the different puppies. I think that someday I might want a little male papillon, but Annie is such a good dog and we get along so well that I’m not sure I want to change that combination for awhile. Do you ever hear from the people who got her brothers? I hope they are enjoying them as much as I enjoy Annie. I hope you’re able to open these photos. On this mail program, they never attach where I think they should attach. |
Hi Shirley, I just wanted to let you know that Harley's vet visit went fine, no problems and everyone in the office fell in love with him :) Thank you once again for bringing this beautiful little guy into our lives, we love him soooo much!! Sandi |
Shirley, Just wanted to give you an update on Charlie. He is a very happy boy with all of his sweet girlfriends. He is such an awesome boy and we love him very much. This will be his final home as we never intend to part with him. Enjoy the pictures. Thank you for allowing Charlie to bless our home. Gertie |
Hello Again! Sorry I haven’t kept in touch well after receiving Prince (now known as Coti), but in honor of his birthday this past week I just wanted to drop by and let you know how well he’s doing! He’s on the large end of Papillons, weighing about 14 pounds. The vet says that he’s not overweight or anything like that, and in good health. He get along great with our other two dogs, and is just the most wonderful little (big) guy. He patrols the backyard with utmost seriousness, keeping the house safe from birds, butterflies, and the occasional lizard. He also likes taking car rides to Petco and Pestsmart and even has his own car seat. All in all he’s doing great and is wonderful. Thank you for such a great dog! I’m attaching a few pictures for you to see how his coat has come in and etc. P.S, I might be getting a second one for Christmas! Thanks Again, Jordan |
Hi, Shirley. I wanted to give you an update on Baxter. He is such a joy! He is a smart, sweet, loving boy. He's over four pounds now, and he knows lots of words and tricks. He crate-trained very quickly and and is so proud of himself when he makes his family happy.Baxter is a wonderful friend and companion and such a great mix of Diva and DJ in terms of his looks and his temperament. The people at his vet's office just love him and love the papillon-poodle mix. Seeing him prance around the house makes every day happier, and I'm so grateful to you for breeding such a wonderful puppy. He is very loved in his new home. I would also love to be in contact with the families who adopted Baxter's littermates, if that's possible. I don't know if you would be able to send me their e-mail addresses, but would you mind passing my e-mail address on to them so that maybe we can get in touch and share pictures of the puppies? Thanks so much and have a wonderful week. Kristi |
I've attached some pictures, I didnt know if you wanted some of Nali, but he is adorable and you might want to put some of these pics up if you ever have another litter of this mix. They will definitly sell!!! He's about 5 pounds now and looks just like when we got him. I dont think he's going to lose that puppy face! He is the most well behaved, easily trained dog I've seen and has the BEST personality! Not to mention he could melt your heart with one look with that adorable face! Great dog! Kate |
