CONTRACT/SALES AGREEMENT/BILL OF SALE

We offer a 10 day (calendar) satisfaction guarantee from date of purchase. We offer a one year congenital defect guarantee. Pups need to see your vet for a wellness checkup within the first 72 hours (3 business days) from the date you receive from me. Email me with the results of your vet visit. This is needed in order to activate this one year guarantee. We do not offer cash refunds, but we will issue a new pup of equal value when available if you are dissatisfied with your pup within the 10 day period, or if yours is found to have a congenital defect in this first year of ownership. (A congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the pup to grow or age to a normal life expectancy, something that is life threatening such as a major organ (heart, lungs, liver) going bad. We reserve the right to ask for a 2nd opinion if pup is found to have a congenital defect, and may request an exam by my own vet. A written statement of your vet’s findings will need to be presented to me. Health problems which can be cured or prevented by medication or surgery are not covered in this guarantee. These are the only guarantees offered unless there is mutual agreement between buyer and seller.

This guarantee does not cover neglect or injury caused by the buyer and/or family members, children or friends. We do not guarantee against kennel cough, hypoglycemia, ear mites or infections, dry skin, allergies, fleas or ticks, coccidia, giardia, nor worms/other internal parasites. These are common ailments in puppies, and are treated on a regular basis by us if found. Our pups are given basic vaccinations appropriate for their ages, placed on a regular de-worming schedule, as well as heart worm preventative. Our puppies will be vet checked, but follow up with your own vet to get a complete health check up as well as to determine complete vaccination/puppy wellness schedule. It is our policy to sell healthy puppies, however vaccinations and treatments for puppy ailments are not always 100% effective. We do not pay for expenses incurred with your veterinarian, nor do we pay for any shipping costs associated with the sale/exchange of a pup. We make no guarantees on size, ears up/down, color or general conformation. Puppies are sold as pets and no guarantee will be given as to show or breeding qualities/capabilities.

Signature of buyer acknowledges having read and accepting the terms of this guarantee. Seller has the right to refuse to sell any puppy to anyone. This guarantee is non-transferable & applies only to the original buyer and puppy. This agreement is a legal instrument & buyer agrees that he/she has read & understands this agreement & no other guarantees or warranties have been made either expressed or implied by the breeder or their representatives. There are no binding amendments unless in writing. In the event of litigation, with this guarantee, seller will be paid reasonable attorney fees by the purchaser. I also agree that any litigation will be held in seller’s county. Contract is good for 7 days only to allow time for payment to be received. No puppy will be held longer than 7 days without a deposit. Deposits paid to “hold” a puppy are NON-REFUNDABLE & are good for only 7 days from date of deposit payment unless otherwise stated in writing (such as the puppy is not old enough to leave currently). Breeder has the right to sell “held” puppy on the 8th day to someone else if other arrangements have not been made in writing prior to this time and said deposit will be forfeited. Deposits apply toward purchase price.
