Their coats are have long white hair and no undercoat. They get along with other dogs and any other pets. This dog requires quite a bit of grooming. Dead hair should be brushed out, as the Maltese does not shed. Train these dogs with encouragement not harsh words, they are very sensitive. Their activity level will adapt to your families activity level.
